But mostly, because they were designed and located with one prime goal: to fully and comfortably immerse yourself in nature.

Prices and planning


The first phase of this project has been concluded, with 3 mountain log cabins built and successfully ´in business´. These mountain lodges are offered starting at  109.800 euro excluding VAT. When choosing one of the already existing mountain lodges, you can immediately start enjoying your log cabin – no wait needed.

The second phase is about to start – with a favourable recommendation from the town hall – yet still open to alterations. Which means that you can still alter the floor plan. Request minor adaptations. Go for a larger sized model by adding extra bedrooms. Or follow the less is more rule and go for a tiny (log) house.
Start of the second phase is planned for June 2021. Construction start in October 2021. Ready to use summer 2022.

You can choose between using the property yourself as much as possible,  gain a good return on investment through our carefree rental service, or a balanced mix of both.

The third phase entails opening up to sustainable entrepreneurial long term residents on an adjoining and near plot. As a team we will be building further onto the existing ´foundations´ and creating a small circular economy allowing Quinta Rural to expand its facilities, services and green focus in a regenerative manner.  Start of this phase depends largely on ´the right persons´ and as thus cannot be planned.

It goes without saying that the regular facilities for guests, such as our bistro and terrace are at your disposal. It is important to understand that there is a different service level depending on the season and occu pancy of the retreat. Simply put; high season = maximum occupancy, so maximum offer of on site services such as meals, products and activities. Mid season = less occupancy so less services and activities. Low season = low occupancy, fully self-catering. Mid and low season on the other hand,  more time for personalized activities as well as ´participation in daily life in the mountains´,  interesting workshops or rural meet and greets.

We applaud cabin-owners to develop and offer their own activity and/or service during their stay. E.g. hiking holidays, hiking guide, yoga lessons or retreat, massage, reiki, nature related, children´s activities, coaching, outdoor, photography, sustainable life skills, permaculture etc.

We will be happy to facilitate by offering our knowledge, experience, marketing exposure, existing clientele and contacts. Communal spaces, if needed for exclusive use, can be rented with a strong discount.
